After having a Duke Energy audit we were given a list of insulation contractors to blow insulation into our attic. We had zero insulation. After researching companies we decided to go with TLS. I am very glad we did.We used the online request form to make an appointment for an estimate and received a call back within 15 minutes. We made an appointment with the scheduler and immediately received a text and email confirming the appointment.The owner of the company texted that day with an ETA as to when to expect him. He explained the process and gave us a quote which included the Duke rebate.On the day of installation the workers messaged with their ETA. They were polite and professional. They cleaned after themselves. The whole process was under an hour.I would highly recommend this company.

The crew showed up on time, ready to work. They took before and after pictures so we could see the difference. I mean who’s going to climb up in the attic in the heat of summer. The crew was so pleasant, respectful and thorough. Showing pictures of how deep the insulation was. They also repaired a few holes in the duct work.The property had little to no insulation making the AC work harder than it should. Before when the thermostat was set to 69/70, even at night the air couldn’t drop below. However, after the insulation install, we could definitely tell a difference in how fast the AC drop and maintained.Thank you

TLS was the first company out of a number of contractors that I was trying to work with after hurricane Ian that answered and actually showed up when they said they would.The employee who did my initial consultation was prompt, polite, and gave me good advice on having mold renovation done prior to insulation installment.Months after getting a new roof on, mold renovation and drywall done I called them back and discussed moving forward with a quote from months earlier. They were extremely easy to work with and their communication was great. They had a little lead time before install but most contractors in any work in Florida have since hurricane Ian. Their communication on their timeline was great.The insulation team was also prompt and polite. He asked me some good questions about where I wanted to install that I hadn’t given much thought too. ( I had a small storage area that I didn’t want covered) and he left a nice walkway to my AC unit which is in my attic.I would highly recommend working with them and would hire them again if needed.

Our house is older and had no insulation installed and it was HOT. I called and they were able to walk me through the process and help me get a discount on the insulation I wanted. Fantastic. Turns out my builder cheated me out of insulation, and TLS checked the problem, offered solid advice, and quickly came to install. My air conditioner would not quit running. I would set it to 76-77 and at best mid day it would reach 83-85 everyday. It just couldn’t keep up and my electric bill was outrageous. I would keep my blinds closed, close off vents and bedroom doors to other rooms of the house trying to push as much air to the living room. It was crazy hot until the sun went down then my house would finally start to cool off again.I had my a/c unit checked and it was fine. It was the right size for my house and the coolant was good. My a/c company said I had no insulation in my attic.I reached out to TLS Insulation and a couple other companies. They all gave me quotes over the phone based of the square footage of my house. TLS came in about $500 less than other quotes I received. With the full amount of 13 inches of R38 insulation not R30. They were scheduled a month out but so worth the wait.They came and sprayed insulation. It took about 2 hours and no mess.That day I couldn’t believe it but my thermostat reached the set temp and stayed. I opened up the vents in the other rooms and my blinds and it continued to hold at the set temperature.It was well worth the money spent. It’s been a week now and my house is still staying cool.Thank you TLS for your professionalism and standing by your word. It’s hard to find companies like that anymore. 🙏

First contact with any company is the "front office" staff. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain their process and how the Duke Energy rebate fit into the cost. We quickly set up a date and time (which was two days from my initial contact). The insulation installers arrived a few minutes early, explained how the installation would be done, proceeded and were finished in thirty minutes. I was shown a video of the attic insulation install. I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of the members of TLS. The employees from the other two companies only stuck their head into the attic. Had my home insulation updated in the attic, Gavin and Kyle was the techs that done the job. Was on time explained the process, very efficient and helpful with work, asked me to check their work, which was excellent and cleaned up after work was completed. Great company and the price was very fair, would use again.
We hired TLS insulation to insulate the attic above our garage, as well as adding a couple inches of insulation to the ceiling for the entire house. The scheduling was easy, they were readily available and the workers have done very good job. They did the work today, which is the president day, while most people are taken the day off to enjoy the holidays. I would happy to recommend their service to any people who may need it.

TLS insulation blew insulation into our attic about 6 weeks ago. Our old insulation had settled and in many areas it was less than a couple of inches deep. TLS installers evened out our insulation across the entire attic . We have noticed a much more even temperature throughout our entire house. Installers are very good and know how to maneuver in the attic area without causing harm to the ceilings. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend this service.

I live in Florida and after hurricane and I needed new insulation in my attic. They came today and were so nice. Very neat job, the men were informative and kind and very professional. I highly recommend them to any homeowner needing insulation in their attic. Super Duper job.

TLS did an amazing job adding insulation to my attic. I had original pink 1987 and for years it seamed adequate. I decided to add blown in on top of the original bring it up to and beyond code. TLS, was prompt and on time and got the job finished right! By far the best money spent on my home. I could immediately tell my house is much more comfortable. My humidity levels are lower even though my AC rarely needs to come on! An added benefit that I didn't expect is my house is so extremely quiet now. It completely buffers all outside sounds.. I highly recommend adding insulation and TLS!

Tom one of the owners stopped by to bring more insulation and came to introduced himself. We got to talking about A/C just a few questions I had about my air flow in mine. He said they used to do home A/C but now only industrial. He looked at me and said you know what I’m going to call and have a service call today for you with Polar Bear A/C and heating in North port and have your system checked for you. We used TLS to add another layer of spray insulation in our attic space. What a professional team. Easy from the get go. Easy to schedule an estimate , schedule the install and the communication was great. They helped us save money by sending a link to get a rebate from Duke.
