Quote was reasonable, workers were great, clean work. This was an existing home. It was nice to have a contractor come in and do work and not have to babysit them or clean up after them. I did not go up there and check the work but they showed me photos. I think the office is going to send me photos. Seth the owner was great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

After having a Duke Energy audit we were given a list of insulation contractors to blow insulation into our attic. We had zero insulation. After researching companies we decided to go with TLS. I am very glad we did.We used the online request form to make an appointment for an estimate and received a call back within 15 minutes. We made an appointment with the scheduler and immediately received a text and email confirming the appointment.The owner of the company texted that day with an ETA as to when to expect him. He explained the process and gave us a quote which included the Duke rebate.On the day of installation the workers messaged with their ETA. They were polite and professional. They cleaned after themselves. The whole process was under an hour.I would highly recommend this company.

TLS did an amazing job installing my attic insulation. They were on time and they got the business and got stuff done and got out of here. The job was very well done and it's money very well spent. My air conditioner hardly turns on and the added benefit is that is extremely quiet in my house. I would recommend them to anybody.

Let me start off with saying I don’t leave reviews unless it’s worth writing one up. Just had a quote with TLS from Seth. Great customer Service! On time, I appreciate the ETA text. I felt comfortable with Seth he has great customer service, honest, experience very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to upsell us on services that were NOT need. Price tag reasonable. If you’re looking for an honest well priced insulation company, I would definitely recommend TLS. 😊👍H.H.

The crew showed up on time, ready to work. They took before and after pictures so we could see the difference. I mean who’s going to climb up in the attic in the heat of summer. The crew was so pleasant, respectful and thorough. Showing pictures of how deep the insulation was. They also repaired a few holes in the duct work.The property had little to no insulation making the AC work harder than it should. Before when the thermostat was set to 69/70, even at night the air couldn’t drop below. However, after the insulation install, we could definitely tell a difference in how fast the AC drop and maintained.Thank you

Kyle and Wes from TLS Insulation were outstanding! They showed up on time and insulated my garage attic just as I had previously discussed with the TLS company representative…. if América had more hard workers like Kyle and Wes our country would be in much better shape for sure.

I waited a month to write my review as I didn't believe that insulation would change my bill by much, but it dropped $89. Courtney came out to give us our estimate and was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the company and how the additional insulation would help. I'm glad we went with TLS as they are very professional and through. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for insulation.

TLS was the first company out of a number of contractors that I was trying to work with after hurricane Ian that answered and actually showed up when they said they would.The employee who did my initial consultation was prompt, polite, and gave me good advice on having mold renovation done prior to insulation installment.Months after getting a new roof on, mold renovation and drywall done I called them back and discussed moving forward with a quote from months earlier. They were extremely easy to work with and their communication was great. They had a little lead time before install but most contractors in any work in Florida have since hurricane Ian. Their communication on their timeline was great.The insulation team was also prompt and polite. He asked me some good questions about where I wanted to install that I hadn’t given much thought too. ( I had a small storage area that I didn’t want covered) and he left a nice walkway to my AC unit which is in my attic.I would highly recommend working with them and would hire them again if needed.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish with TLS Insulation. From Seth’s assessment and proposal to Gavin and Kyle’s installation, everyone’s expertise and professionalism was exceptional. I knew nothing about insulation going into this but learned a great deal by the projects end thanks to everyone involved. I got three quotes for this job and I’m SO glad I went with TLS! Our house is older and had no insulation installed and it was HOT. I called and they were able to walk me through the process and help me get a discount on the insulation I wanted. They were very busy, but we’re still able to get to my house in a timely manner. The job was done quickly and my house is so much cooler now! Excellent job and I will use again.

Fantastic. Turns out my builder cheated me out of insulation, and TLS checked the problem, offered solid advice, and quickly came to install. I had been unable to use my nursery due to the heat and now the thermometer proves it stays nice and cool. Fantastic service and installation guys were pros. Hard working and ensured to do it right. I'm extremely happy with TLS and would highly recommend.

My air conditioner would not quit running. I would set it to 76-77 and at best mid day it would reach 83-85 everyday. It just couldn’t keep up and my electric bill was outrageous. I would keep my blinds closed, close off vents and bedroom doors to other rooms of the house trying to push as much air to the living room. It was crazy hot until the sun went down then my house would finally start to cool off again.I had my a/c unit checked and it was fine. It was the right size for my house and the coolant was good. My a/c company said I had no insulation in my attic.I reached out to TLS Insulation and a couple other companies. They all gave me quotes over the phone based of the square footage of my house. TLS came in about $500 less than other quotes I received. With the full amount of 13 inches of R38 insulation not R30. They were scheduled a month out but so worth the wait.They came and sprayed insulation. It took about 2 hours and no mess.That day I couldn’t believe it but my thermostat reached the set temp and stayed. I opened up the vents in the other rooms and my blinds and it continued to hold at the set temperature.It was well worth the money spent. It’s been a week now and my house is still staying cool.Thank you TLS for your professionalism and standing by your word. It’s hard to find companies like that anymore. 🙏
