We used the online request form to make an appointment for an estimate and received a call back within 15 minutes. We made an appointment with the scheduler and immediately received a text and email confirming the appointment.

The employee who did my initial consultation was prompt, polite, and gave me good advice on having mold renovation done prior to insulation installment.
Months after getting a new roof on, mold renovation and drywall done I called them back and discussed moving forward with a quote from months earlier. They were extremely easy to work with and their communication was great. They had a little lead time before install but most contractors in any work in Florida have since hurricane Ian. Their communication on their timeline was great.
The insulation team was also prompt and polite. He asked me some good questions about where I wanted to install that I hadn’t given much thought too. ( I had a small storage area that I didn’t want covered) and he left a nice walkway to my AC unit which is in my attic.
I would highly recommend working with them and would hire them again if needed.
I had my a/c unit checked and it was fine. It was the right size for my house and the coolant was good. My a/c company said I had no insulation in my attic.
I reached out to TLS Insulation and a couple other companies. They all gave me quotes over the phone based of the square footage of my house. TLS came in about $500 less than other quotes I received. With the full amount of 13 inches of R38 insulation not R30. They were scheduled a month out but so worth the wait.
They came and sprayed insulation. It took about 2 hours and no mess.
That day I couldn’t believe it but my thermostat reached the set temp and stayed. I opened up the vents in the other rooms and my blinds and it continued to hold at the set temperature.
It was well worth the money spent. It’s been a week now and my house is still staying cool.
